BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments

Full payment is due to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. Certain activities/products require 10% deposit to be paid within 6 days of your holiday confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit within 6 days of confirmation and the remaining balance when is due will result in automatic cancellation of all travel arrangements and forfeiting the deposit paid.   

Cancellations and amendments

Should it be necessary for you to CANCEL OR AMEND your reservations, please do so without delay. Transport, accommodation, activities, and other operators require prior notice in accordance with their individual cancellation policies before a refund of any pre-paid charges will be authorised. The Queenstown i-SITE LTD will charge a 10% cancellation fee for VOLUNTARY CANCELLATIONS and a NZ$5.00 administration fee for VOLUNTARY AMENDMENTS.

SKI Products are non-refundable.

Queenstown i-SITE group bookings have unique cancellation penalties.

Liability

Queenstown i-SITE LTD acts as “agent” for the operators providing service and disclaim any responsibility for personal loss, injury or damages which may occur.

Credit Card Information Security Policy

Queenstown i-SITE LTD uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Payments are validated and authorised immediately, however transactions will not be completed until Queenstown i-SITE has confirmed your itinerary requests. We do not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. Pricing

All Prices are expressed in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax. Queenstown i-SITE reserves the right to amend without notice any advertised prices. We refer to particularly but are not limited to amendments due to currency exchange fluctuations the withdrawal or adjustment of contracted rates with land and service providers, New Zealand or Australian Government charges and errors. Rates advertised on this website reflect information available to Queenstown i-SITE at time of submission and all possible care has been taken in its compilation. Current valid prices will be advised on request and confirmation by way of invoice to your Travel Agent when your booking is made. Pricing will be guaranteed only after Queenstown i-SITE has received total payment.

Product displayed is representative of that available. Queenstown i-SITE do not take responsibility for failure of any individual product/services to provide accurate information or for the photographs supplied by the product/service providers, for the use on this site.

Travel Insurance

Queenstown i-SITE strongly recommends that you consider purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Cancellation fees charged by Queenstown i-SITE will not be waivered under any circumstances, where travel insurance may have covered you. 

Queenstown i-SITE Group Booking additional booking conditions

Any cancellation or amendment to these group travel arrangements must be made with the prior written approval of Queenstown i-SITE in the country the booking was made from to ensure a refund is payable. Product suppliers are unable to authorise refunds under any circumstances. Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation clause in your voucher cover. It is strongly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance to cover you for any such eventuality. Cancellation charges cannot be waived where Travel Insurance would have covered your situation. Wherever possible you should reconfirm your travel arrangements with each Supplier at least 24 hours prior to the date of travel. Contact details for each Supplier are shown on your vouchers.
