Gift voucher Terms:

  1. Queenstown isite Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The booking must be made and used within this timeframe.
  2. Bookings for retail or reservation products made only through the Queenstown isite on presentation of valid voucher.
  3.  If the total value of your chosen activity is greater than the Gift Voucher, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Voucher Holder.
  4. If the total value of your chosen activity is less than the total value of your voucher, the difference will be credited to you in the form of a new Gift Voucher (there are no cash refunds).
  5. Queenstown isite Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. All Queenstown isite Gift Vouchers are issued in NZD.
  7. Bookings paid for by Queenstown isite Gift Vouchers are subject to our standard booking and cancellation terms.
