This is a sunny and spacious two bedroom home that is full of “home away from home” touches for your convenience and enjoyment.

Upper Gardens boasts wonderful mountain and lake views, including all of Queenstown’s most famous landmarks – The Remarkables, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak, Bob’s Peak and Lake Wakatipu. Bi-fold windows line the front of the home, to maximise these iconic views and to let in a lovely mountain breeze. On the other side of the living room french doors open up to a fabulous deck and private lawn space. The property is positioned well for long daylight hours; enjoy the sun filled rooms and sunny outdoor living.

A fun feature of this home is a lift that takes you up to a “lookout tower” with spectacular elevated views.

Upper Gardens has thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay feel like you’re at home. Guests will love the extensive library, cook books, children’s story books, colouring books, board games, children’s games, tree swing, swing ball and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a king split bed. This room can be configured as two singles or one king bed allowing for different group dynamics. Please state your preference when booking. A fifth guest can be accommodated for either on the futon sofa bed in the lounge or a trundle bed in the master.
